Putting The Client First

I love days like today, days when the client is taken back by what they can achieve with a little bit of support.

To set the scene….my client was dubious about changing PA when their PA had to leave. Our first discussion was around their struggles and what can not be completed due to them but I love a challenge.

Why I love days like these….the client gave me a set of tasks that would take the both of us around 5 months to complete. As I mentioned I love a challenge and with some music, male bonding over some manual labour and a bit of brute force the client forgot about their struggles and timescale. By the end of our first session in the garden we had completed almost a months worth of work and to see my client beaming with pride made my day. Suddenly the client felt proud and saw the possibilities that can be achieved and I left feeling the same emotions.
